Gone Fishin

CTN is in one week!! I love this convention and it will be even better to be a part of it this year. I also wanted to share my latest piece titled "Gone Fishin".  More development for a personal project involving a little cave girl and her father.
Oh and I also recently launch my first online gallery via Etsy. Stop on by and check it out!

Rainy Day

For the last few months I've had an idea for a children's book bouncing around in my head. I was able to take sometime and hash out the detail of my main two characters. It's sort of an imaginary friend tale about this little girl and her best friend. Let me know what you think and I hope you like it!

Tunder!!

Meet Tunder, the worlds first scientist! He discovered fire... after being struck by lightning.

Some character development for a new personal project I've been writing/designing. Hope you like!

CTN 2012!!!

Hey guys, I’m happy to announce that I will be hosting a table, along with my friend and colleague Derek Becker, at the 2012 CTN Animation expo!! I am super excited to be part of such an amazing event with so many talented people! We will be selling a lot of prints, some old some new. Our table number is T106 (see map below).  Please stop by and say hi! For those who are interested in going, the expo is November 16-18,  click on the CTN badge on the right and don't forget to mention my name. I will be posting more art as the event gets closer. Stay tuned!

This painting is part of a story that I have been writing for several years. I started it in college and I decided to revisit this particular scene. I hope you like it!!

Cavemen have feelings too.

For a new personal project I've been trying to start for about a month. Work has been keeping me pretty busy so all I've been able to do is this color study but I'll try to post more if anyone is interested.

Just a quick sketch

I post again..

I'm far to busy for my own good these days but I needed to do some character designs for a story I'm working on and I thought I would post some in process designs. These are in various stages of completion and re-design. Probably spent 2 or so hours on each design (sketch excluded) They don't quite fit the story yet but I like where they are going and the visual language. Now back to my hole.  Cheers!

Super Blooper

So the other day I says to myself, "Self, what happens when a super hero gets distracted?"  I set to answering that question and looky what I found so far!
Mostly comp/color studies (although I did get a bit carried away with Batman :)  Hope you like!

Howdy!
